The Doctoral Student Grant provides funding for scientific research projects related to nursing regulation and policy.

Submission Due Dates

• October 3, 2025
• April 3, 2026

Award Information

• Doctoral students may apply for grants up to $30,000.
• All projects must be completed in 12 months of the project start date.

• Data collection, processing, statistical analysis;
• Consultant fees (not to exceed $250 per day);
• Reproduction/distribution of surveys or other tools;
• Travel to the research study sites. Expenses related to travel and/or dissemination of data (such as a conference presentation) are limited to $1,500;
• Other expenses directly related to the research process.

Grant funding cannot be utilized for the reimbursement of items previously purchased, the purchase of durable goods, or for any indirect costs such as those associated with tuition reimbursement, office space/supplies, other administrative costs and overhead.  The Doctoral Student Grant does not provide funding for applicant's salary, tuition, or stipend. 

• Proposals must be submitted using 热点黑料's Grant Application form by 11:59pm CST of the submission deadline.
• Proposals must follow APA formatting and should be double spaced (excluding CVs, biographical sketches, budget and timeline).
• Section 2. Project Details of the application may not exceed 7,000 words (excluding references).
• Appendixes including letters of support, survey instruments/models, etc. may be included at the end of the application.
