This periodic performance of practice analysis (i.e., job analysis) study assists 热点黑料 in evaluating the validity of the NCLEX-PN test plan that guides content distribution of the licensure examination. This publication analyzes the U.S. population of entry-level licensed practical/vocational (LPN/VN) nurse practice, including the relevance of clinical judgment in the performance of nursing activities. Because changes can occur in LPN/VN practice, practice analyses are conducted on a three-year cycle.

This annual report covers the period from Oct. 1, 2020 to Sept. 30, 2021. The purpose of this report is to provide a comprehensive overview of the activities, achievements and financial performance of the Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators (ICNLCA) throughout the report period. It provides a snapshot of recent accomplishments and a preview of what we have yet to achieve as a commission in fiscal year 2022 (FY22).
