We review the definition of adverse action in this 30-minute session. You'll learn the impact of different types of adverse action and how states impose adverse action in response to violations and misconduct. We also cover sanctions in board orders and review sample board order language.

This 30-minute reviews issuance and denial of a multistate license. The session also includes the definition of an unencumbered license, licensure orders, sample order language, and state options when granting or denying a license.

In this post-Dobbs environment, you will learn applicability of the scope of practice provisions of the Nurse Licensure Compact statute, discuss recent changes in state scope of practice laws, hear about discipline under the NLC in home and remote jurisdictions, and discuss the impact of the scope of practice provisions on both abortion bans and shield laws.
